Any of our hosting plans offer hosting of more than one website. The lowest number of websites you can host is 5 and there is no limit for the number of websites you can host on most of our plans.

We offer multiple protection services included with your hosting when you use shared/wordpress hosting plan.

If you order Cloud/VPS/Dediced server we can assist you with security for it, but depends on configuration software, applications and services you use.

Hosting Control Panel is graphical user interface (GUI) which provides management and access to the hosting services. You can easily create websites, emails, domains without need any service configuration knowledge from the interface of the hosting control panel.

There are no charges for exceeded bandwidth on any of our hosting plans. However there the bandwidth channel will be limted up to 10mbps after exceeding it on plans with such limit.

You can request a refund using our Ticketing Support System from your account usera area (UA). Please open new ticket and provide exact reasons why you would like refund on provided hosting servce. Please note that 30 days have not passed since your first registration.

In order to review your logs you must Log in to your HillHost cPanel account. In the cPanel under Statistics choose Access Logs then Click the domain or subdomain from Download Current HTTP Access Logs.
